IS YOUR STOREFRONT OPEN?
Yes, our shop has been able to reopen at 50% capacity due to Indiana's regulations. We are open with limited storefront hours Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We are limiting our customers to 7 at a time maximum.
For your safety, we are continually sanitizing surfaces and hot steaming any clothes that are returned or tried on. Our steamer emits steam at 200' and it has been noted the virus is killed at 160'.
WILL E-COMMERCE STAY ACTIVE?
We remain open 24-7 so you can shop at nora-gray.com, on Facebook in the Nora Gray VIP Group, or on the app —our customer service team is ready to help with any and all questions via phone and email.

Currently, all orders are shipping out on time within 1-2 days.

WILL YOUR RETURN POLICY CHANGE?
Our return policy is flexible for anyone who needs additional time. We’ve extended the policy for all orders made after March 15. These orders have 30 days to be postmarked, we will reevaluate this date closer to that time but if you need longer, you can send us an email and we can assist.
