FULL RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must include tags and the original receipt. If you find you need to return an item please feel free to initiate your return at this link:
HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items purchased from 011/01/21-12/24/21 are eligible for extended holiday returns with receipt. Items can be returned for store credit or exchange until 01/15/22.
INITIATE RETURN
After completing the form, we will provide you with a return label to mail your items back via USPS for an exchange or refund.
Please note, we have the right to refuse ANY return if an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn. If an item is not accepted, you will be informed and responsible for the reshipment costs back to you.
ALL Items marked "FINAL-SALE" and/or are 50% off or more are Non Returnable.

FULL SHIPPING POLICY
Nora Gray offers a standard rate shipping by weight for your online orders. All orders $100+ ship for FREE. Our packages will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight & shipping selection. Packages will be shipped out within 2-5 business days from the purchase date. Please note: Weekends and Major Holidays are not included as a working "business day" for Nora Gray Boutique.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages show as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to who choose Priority Mail service. You can use these tracking numbers to file a claim at the U.S. Postal Service. Priority packages have $50 included insurance.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact support@nora-gray.com within 3 days of receiving your item (s). We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at support@nora-gray.com.
Please send up a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to support@nora-gray.com, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached.
Include the first and last name on your Nora Gray account, order # and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team.

Meet Our Models
Bust: Wrap a tape measure or piece of string around your chest (under the armpits) at the fullest point of your bust. Bust measurements on our website should be doubled to see how your measurement compares. If using string, measure it after wrapping around.
Length: The length of the item will be at the highest point to the lowest hem. You may approximate how long a piece of clothing would be on your body by standing straight and measuring from the top of your shoulder down. The flat lay measurement on our website may seem slightly shorter than when actually worn on yourself. Make sure to consider this when picking your size. Skirts are measured from the top of the waist line to the bottom hem, and when measuring yourself you should start where the skirt will be worn on you.
HOW TO MEASURE BOTTOMS?.
Waist: Find a pair of pants that fits comfortably, and lay them on a flat, even surface. Measure the back waistband from one side to the other. Be sure not to stretch them. This measurement can be compared to our website measurements.
Inseam: Using the same pair of pants as above, lay them on a flat even surface. With a measuring tape, measure the length from the crotch seam along the inside of the pants, to the bottom hem of the pant leg. This measurement is found on most bottoms on our website for you to compare.
OTHER ITEMS TO CONSIDER:
- If you run between sizes, we suggest going up a size on fitted tops.
- Many of our items recommend hand washing. Please be aware of contents as these are the best recommendations to caring for that item. However, most items marked hand wash can be washed on cold/delicate cycle in a lingerie bag and hung to dry.
