FULL RETURN POLICY
Due to the fast paced volume/rotation of our inventory, all in-store/online purchases meant for return, must be returned within 21days from the original purchase date. After 21 days, items can be returned for 25% of the original purchase price for a store credit (items must have tags/receipt). We have the right to refuse any returns after the allotted 21 days.
If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee to return the item to you.
ALL Items marked "FINAL-SALE" are Non Returnable
Returns are easy! Please fill out our return form here to start your return INITIATE RETURN. All items must be accompanied with their original tags, and receipt when sending back. Items without these Items will not be eligible for return.
If you have everything required for returning your online purchase, please initiate your return by filling out the return form. Please do not send an item back without this form submitted.
Once accepted please follow the steps to receiving your return label. You will be responsible for the return charge on your item (s). You will also receive a instant credit to use for an exchange/new item. If you do not use your credit you will be refunded within 2-5 business days after the product is received back into our warehouse.
We are note responsible for lost e-cards. Store credits no not expire.
BUYING WITH SEZZLE / AFTERPAY
We are now offering payment plans through AfterPay or Sezzle with orders of $45 or more! Checkout with Sezzle and pay your bill in (4) 0% interest free weekly payments.
FULL SHIPPING POLICY
Nora Gray offers a standard rate shipping by weight for your online orders. All orders $75+ ship for FREE. Our packages will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight & shipping selection. Packages will be shipped out within 2-5 business days from the purchase date. Please note: Weekends and Major Holidays are not included as a working "business day" for Nora Gray Boutique.
If you would like to waive the shipping charge and pick you item up in store for free, please select the "Local Pickup Berne, Indiana" option at your final checkout.. You will receive a shipment/fulfilled notification when your order is ready to pickup.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages show as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to who choose Priority Mail service. You can use these tracking numbers to file a claim at the U.S. Postal Service. Priority packages have $50 included insurance.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your item (s). We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at email@example.com.
Please send up a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached.
Include the first and last name on your Nora Gray account, order # and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team.
