Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must include tags and the original receipt.
Simply access your order page to request a return. After completing the form, we will provide you with a return label to mail your items back via USPS for an exchange or refund. Please note, a flat rate $7.95 label fee will be deducted from your return.
We have the right to refuse ANY return if an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn.
If an item is not accepted, you will be informed and responsible for the reshipment costs back to you.
ALL Items marked "FINAL-SALE" or are 60% off or more are Non-Returnable.

You have the choice of purchasing your items with Afterpay. This platform gives you 0% interest and allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal payments. Please note: we do not offer Afterpay on our app, but we do offer Sezzle.
FULL SHIPPING POLICY
All orders $85.00 or more ship to you for FREE
Our packages will be shipped via your choice shipping platform. However, FREE shipping USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on the package weight & shipping selection. Packages will be shipped out within 2-5 business days from the purchase date. Please note: Weekends and Major Holidays are not included as a working "business day" for Nora Gray Boutique.
LOCAL/ CURBSIDE PICKUP
Tuesday-Saturday during normal business hours. Please pull up out front or in the back and call us at 260-849-4119. One of our associates will bring your package to you.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages show as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to who choose Priority Mail service. You can use these tracking numbers to file a claim at the U.S. Postal Service. Priority packages have $50 included insurance.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your item (s). We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send up a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to email@example.com, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached. Please include the first and last name on your Nora Gray account, order # and product code/name of the item.
