Our team tries their best to provide you with standard fit, contents and info about each item. If you find yourself needing more information, our support team will be happy to assist you. If something you purchased isn't quite right, please read the return policy for full details on returning an item.
Starting 11/15/19 we will honor holiday returns for "store credit" only until 01/11/20 if your 21 day time allotment is over. Any returns after 01/11/20 are non returnable.
FULL RETURN POLICY
Due to the fast paced volume/rotation of our inventory, all in-store/online purchases meant for return, must be returned within 21 days from the original purchase date, no exceptions. We have the right to refuse any returns after the allotted 21 days. If you are returning an online purchase, please initiate your return by filling out the return form. INITIATE A RETURN HERE
Online purchases will be returned for store credit only, less the original shipping charges. If you are paying with Afterpay, please note you will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will email you an E-card for the value of your returned items, minus original shipping costs. We are note responsible for lost e-cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without a copy of it as we will not be able to process your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered in the same condition that you received it. It can have no make up stains, deodorant stains, smoke scent or animal hair. All items must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and an E-card for the value of your goods sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Nora Gray Boutique is not responsible for lost or unclaimed gift cards.

All "Online" Order returns are issued as "Store Credit" only. These credits do not expire.
Returns are simple! Fill out the following form to initiate a return to our store. We will then email you a return label that you can place on your original package and mail back to us.
Online purchases will be returned for store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will email you with a confirmation of your return with an attached e-card for the value of your returned items, minus original shipping costs. These e-cards can be used for online and in-store purchases. Nora Gray is NOT RESPONSIBLE for misplaced e-cards.
FULL SHIPPING POLICY
Nora Gray offers a standard rate shipping by weight for your online orders. All orders $75+ ship for FREE. Our packages will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight & shipping selection. Packages will be shipped out within 2-5 business days from the purchase date. Please note: Weekends, Holidays & Mondays are not included as a working "business day" for Nora Gray Boutique.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages show as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customer to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your item (s). We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at email@example.com.
Please send up a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached.
Include the first and last name on your Nora Gray account, order # and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response from our customer service support team.
** All our images are provided by Simply Rachel Photography and are owned by Nora Gray Boutique** If at anytime you share our photos on social media @noragrayboutique must be tagged.
