All "Online" Order returns are issued as "Store Credit" only. These credits do not expire. 

Returns are simple! Fill out the following form to initiate a return to our store. We will then email you a return label that you can place on your original package and mail back to us.  

Online purchases will be returned for store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will email you with a confirmation of your return with an attached e-card for the value of your returned items, minus original shipping costs. These e-cards can be used for online and in-store purchases. Nora Gray offers a standard rate shipping by weight for your online orders. All orders $75+ ship for FREE. Our packages will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight & shipping selection. Packages will be shipped out within 2-5 business days from the purchase date. LOCAL PICKUP

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. All "Online" Order returns are issued as "Store Credit" only. These credits do not expire. 

Returns are simple! Fill out the following form to initiate a return to our store. We will then email you a return label that you can place on your original package and mail back to us.  

Online purchases will be returned for store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will email you with a confirmation of your return with an attached e-card for the value of your returned items, minus original shipping costs. These e-cards can be used for online and in-store purchases. FULL SHIPPING POLICY

Nora Gray offers a standard rate shipping by weight for your online orders. All orders $75+ ship for FREE. Our packages will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight & shipping selection. Packages will be shipped out within 2-5 business days from the purchase date. Please note: Weekends, Holidays & Mondays are not included as a working "business day" for Nora Gray Boutique.  

LOCAL PICKUP
If you would like to waive the shipping charge and pick you item up in store for free, please select the "Local Pickup Berne, Indiana" option at your final checkout.. You will receive a shipment/fulfilled notification when your order is ready to pickup. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages show as delivered.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customer to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
