POSITIONS
Assistant Manager | Berne, IN
Our Assistant Manager supports the boutique in day-to-day operations while helping guide our team. You’ll handle admin tasks, keep things organized, assist on the sales floor, and help train and coach our team. If you thrive on structure, love organization, and enjoy bringing order to a busy boutique, this could be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with admin tasks: schedules, deposits, team goals, errands, etc.
Keep back stock organized and ensure online orders are fulfilled
Build lasting relationships with our guests on the sales floor
Coach and lead Stylists, leading by example
Train new Stylists and offer ongoing guidance
Help merchandise the store and refresh displays
Must Haves:
Exceptional people and leadership skills
Minimum 2 years retail experience, 1 year leadership preferred
Adaptable, self-starter, thrives in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points:
Love a busy, social environment
Natural style advisor to friends and family
Type A organization skills

Stylist / Sales Associate | Berne, IN
Our Stylists are the heart of Nora Gray—helping guests put together complete outfits and find the perfect pieces. Part-time or full-time, weekends and some holidays included, but schedules are flexible.
What You’ll Do:
Style guests and build relationships
Keep the sales floor tidy and merchandise updated
Assist with check-out and daily operations
Must Haves:
Fashion-forward and willing to try new looks
Excellent people skills
Coachable, adaptable, multitasker
Able to work weekends/holidays

Previous retail experience

Fulfillment & Back Room Specialists | Berne, IN
These roles support the boutique behind the scenes—processing online orders, unpacking, steaming, tagging, and restocking merchandise. Perfect for someone who loves organization, repetitive tasks, and helping the boutique run smoothly.

Our Models are the face of Nora Gray, featuring in website content, social media, and marketing campaigns. Outgoing, camera-comfortable personalities are a must!
What You’ll Do:
Model clothing and accessories for photos and videos
Help create content ideas and participate in shoots

Comfortable moving and posing on camera
Ages 24–50, size 0–8, 5’6”+
