SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $99+! We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more! Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy shopping seasons, special promotions, and holidays, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

We primarily ship orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can track your package at www.usps.com.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 2-4 business days after your order has been processed and shipped, depending on your location and the carrier. Please remember that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible orders. If you need something by a specific date, please contact our team before ordering so we can help you explore your options.

International shipping availability and pricing depend on the destination and available checkout options. If you have questions about shipping outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order.

We offer FREE in-store pickup at our boutique: Nora Gray Boutique, 156 W Main Street, Berne, Indiana 46711.

Store Hours: Monday-Friday: 10 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday: 10 AM-3 PM, Sunday: Closed

You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Prefer curbside pickup? Simply pull up in front of the boutique or behind the building and call us at 260-849-4119. One of our team members will happily bring your order out to you!
