We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more!

• Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, although many ship sooner!

• Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

• International shipping rates, when available, are calculated based on the destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out, and that's okay! We want to make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns Within 30 Days

We accept eligible returns for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items meet our return requirements.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

• Items must be free of stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested after the 30-day window are subject to approval and may qualify for store credit only.

Returns outside the original return period are not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually by our team.

If your item doesn't fit quite right, contact our team to check availability for a size exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and our return requirements. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can help you explore other options.

HOW TO START AN ONLINE RETURN

Returning an online order is easy!

1. Visit Your Nora Gray Account.

2. Log in using the email address associated with your order.

3. Locate the order you'd like to return.

4. Select the eligible item(s) and submit your return request.

5. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a USPS shipping label.

Return Shipping Fee: A flat-rate $7.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund when using our provided return shipping label.

You may also return eligible online purchases directly to our boutique during regular business hours.

Refunds are processed after returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please shop carefully when purchasing final sale merchandise.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Merchandise marked "FINAL SALE"

• Any item discounted 60% or more from its original price

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit, except where required by law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or other damage will not be accepted.

If a returned item does not meet our requirements, we will contact you. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning declined merchandise to them.

LOST, STOLEN & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely!

If your package appears lost or delayed in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.

• Lost in Transit: If a shipment is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, we'll work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

• Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• Returned Packages: Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

• Marked Delivered: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.

Packages confirmed as delivered are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund. We will review concerns individually and honor applicable consumer protections.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Oh no! If something isn't quite right with your order, we want to know!

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please email support@nora-gray.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please include:

• Your first and last name

• Your order number

• The product name or item description

• A brief explanation of the issue

• Clear photos showing any damage or defects, including the original attached tags when applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and respond during regular business hours.

Please note that normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, or alterations made after purchase are not considered manufacturing defects. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
