SHIPPING

All Orders $99+ ship for FREE within the USA. Non-domestic orders will ship according to USPS rates.

Packages will be shipped out within 3-5 business days (many sooner) from the purchase date. Please note: weekends and major holidays are not included as a working "business day" for Nora Gray Inc.

LOCAL/ CURBSIDE PICKUP

Available at 156 W Main Street, Berne, IN Tuesday-Saturday during normal business hours. Please pull up out front or in the back and call us at 260-849-4119. One of our associates will bring your package to you.  

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and include tags and the original receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and may be denied if they do not meet our return requirements.

Customer Accounts and Returns

Simply login to your account to access your order page and request a return. After completing the form,  we will provide you with a return label to mail your items back via USPS for an exchange or refund.  Please note, a flat rate $7.95 shipping label fee will be deducted from your return. 

We have the right to refuse ANY return if an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn.

If an item is not accepted, you will be informed and responsible for the reshipment costs back to you. 

ALL Items marked "FINAL-SALE" or are 60% off or more are Non-Returnable.

LOST PACKAGE?

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages show as delivered.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEM?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise please contact support@nora-gray.com within 3 days of receiving your item (s). We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at support@nora-gray.com. 

Please send up a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to support@nora-gray.com, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached. Please include the first and last name on your Nora Gray account, order # and product code/name of the item.

You will receive a response from our customer service support team during regular business hours.
